Schedule * Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM / 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM / 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM / 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM * One required evening shift per week: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM * $6.00/hour Saturday shift differential * Overtime opportunities may be available based on business needs
Responsibilities * Listen to customer needs and provide accurate information about our services * Handle homeowner questions and objections professionally * Gather and verify customer information, including names, addresses, and phone numbers * Schedule in-home consultations for sales representatives * Enter appointment and customer information into company systems * Maintain accurate records and lead activity reports * Conduct quality control and follow-up calls * Answer inbound calls from homeowners responding to marketing campaigns * Follow up with prospective customers to confirm interest and appointments
