Simplify alternatives: 6 autofill and job-search tools compared
Simplify’s free Copilot extension is the most installed of the job-search extensions we checked, with 500,000 users. The six tools below range from free extensions to fully automatic applying. Facts were checked on 31 October 2026; FindAJobAI is first because it’s ours.

How to choose a Simplify alternative
- Only autofill, at no cost: Huntr or Careerflow, whose free plans include it.
- Autofill plus job matching: Jobright or FindAJobAI. Jobright has a free daily allowance; FindAJobAI covers the US and Europe and costs less per month than Jobright Turbo or Simplify+.
- Full automation: LazyApply, or Simplify’s own Autopilot.
- Control over every application: FindAJobAI, which never submits.
Whichever you choose, check the first few filled forms carefully. Our guide to applying on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workday explains what each form asks.
Switching from Simplify
You can keep Simplify’s free extension while you try another tool, but let only one extension fill a given form, then review the result. If you pay for Simplify+ ($39.99 a month in third-party reviews), check its current refund terms before the next renewal.
