Let’s start with the role:
We are currently seeking motivated and ambitious Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Athens. Your mission is to assist customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
As a Customer Service Representative you will:
* Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. * Address and resolve customer issues and answer questions related to insurance products purchased through our online platform. * Provide prompt and effective service with professionalism, aiming for customer satisfaction. * Update and maintain customer information in the company's customer management (CRM) system. * Coordinate with Pricefox partners to address and fulfill customer requests. * Collaborate and support the sales department * Handle customer complaints, offering appropriate solutions within specified timeframes.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree * Fluency in Greek * You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using computers * Strong communication skills * Customer-centric approach
