Compensation & Benefits
* Competitive compensation based on adjusted production, with a daily guarantee available. * 30% of adjusted production or higher daily guarantee, depending on experience and opportunity. * Opportunity to increase compensation, following a successful ownership buy-in. * Malpractice insurance and dental license fee coverage. * Continuing education allowance * Monthly health reimbursement for the doctor and family. * Flexible employment structure, with W-2 or 1099 options
What We're Looking For
* DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. * Active dental license or eligibility for licensure in the state of Utah * Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing quality patient care. * Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with patients and team members. * A desire to continue learning, grow professionally, and contribute to a successful practice. * Interest in a long-term opportunity with the potential for ownership.
