About the Role Spotware Systems is looking for a motivated Junior/Mid-Level Accountant to join our finance team in Limassol, Cyprus. This role is a great fit for someone who already has some experience in accounting and wants to continue growing in a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities * Manage daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records. * Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts. * Perform bank reconciliations and monitor account balances. * Communicate with banks regarding transactions, transfers, and statements. * Assist in preparing monthly reports and financial summaries. * Support the finance team during audits and compliance procedures. * Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation in all financial operations.
Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or banking * Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software * Familiar with online banking platforms and reconciliations * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Fluency in English (oral and written)
Nice to Have * Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Experience working with AI
