Requirements:
* Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred (tenured recruiting experience in lieu of education considered) * Knowledge of ABA therapy preferred * Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral * Exceptional time-management skills * Ability to recognize the qualities of a strong candidate for our BCBA, BCaBA and RBT positions across multiple states * Knowledge of Google and G Suite applications and comfortable performing several virtual interviews daily. * Experience using recruiting software, especially JazzHR, sourcing websites and social media platforms * Must have reliable internet connection * Reliable transportation and the scheduling flexibility to attend career fairs in and around MD, WV and PA * Previous recruiting experience is required
