We are looking for a skilled, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Handyman to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
* Perform general home repairs and maintenance. * Complete minor plumbing repairs, including faucet replacements, toilet repairs, and fixture installations. * Perform basic electrical tasks, such as replacing light fixtures, switches, and outlets, within applicable licensing requirements. * Complete drywall repairs, patching, painting, and touch-ups. * Install and repair doors, locks, shelving, hardware, and fixtures. * Perform carpentry and general home improvement projects. * Assemble furniture and install household items. * Complete seasonal home maintenance and miscellaneous repair projects. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. * Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding project progress and completion. * Document completed work and communicate any additional repair needs.
Qualifications
* Previous handyman, maintenance, or residential remodeling experience. * Knowledge of general home repairs and maintenance. * Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently. * Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. * Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. * Ability to provide your own basic hand tools. * Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills. * Ability to lift and carry materials and perform physical work. * Must be dependable, punctual, and comfortable working directly with homeowners.
