About the role

Want to deliver tech with purpose, with people who care?

Join us in our mission to create solutions that help keep children safe online.

Who are we?

Headquartered in Perth, Australia, with offices around the world, Qoria is an ASX-listed global leader in child digital safety technology and services. We are a purpose-driven business operating under the Linewize brand in North America and Asia Pacific, the Smoothwall brand in the UK, the Qustodio brand in EMEA, and Qoria LK in Sri Lanka.

Our solutions are used by schools, school districts, and parental communities to protect children from harmful online content, identify students at risk based on their digital behaviours, and help teachers maintain focus and safe learning environments in the digital classroom. Today, 30,000 schools and 7 million parents rely on our solutions to help keep 25 million children safe across 180 countries worldwide.

What’s the opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-potential sales territory, driving growth and building meaningful partnerships with K–12 school districts across the US. As a key member of our sales team, you'll have the opportunity to manage the full sales cycle, develop strategic territory plans and make a real impact by helping schools create safer, more effective digital learning environments.

You'll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building trusted relationships with key education decision-makers and positioning Linewize as a strategic partner in digital safeguarding, content filtering and classroom management. With ownership of your territory and the freedom to shape your sales strategy, you'll play a pivotal role in growing market share, winning new customers and expanding our presence within the education sector.

Here’s how you’ll do it:

* Drive ARR growth through new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within the assigned territory. * Build and maintain relationships with district leaders and decision makers, including Superintendents, CIOs, CTOs, and other key stakeholders. * Develop and maintain strong K–12 industry and product expertise, serving as a subject matter expert in content filtering, classroom management, and digital safeguarding. * Develop, inspect, and manage pipeline to ensure opportunities are well qualified, progressing, and aligned to territory goals. * Apply BANT, Challenger, and other sales methodologies to improve deal quality, execution, and win rates. * Develop and share competitive intelligence, customer insights, and market trends to strengthen sales execution and inform internal teams. * Partner closely with SDR, Marketing, Customer Success, Channel, Product, and Solutions teams to advance opportunities and maximize revenue. * Build strong channel partner relationships and drive rep to rep engagement to generate pipeline and accelerate opportunities. * Collaborate with Marketing and SDR teams to align messaging, campaigns, events, and target accounts within the assigned territory. * Regularly travel within the assigned territory to meet with school districts onsite, strengthen customer relationships, advance opportunities, and develop new business. * Represent Linewize at relevant state and national industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness, engage prospects, and generate opportunities. * Identify and develop opportunities for referrals, customer references, introductions, and network expansion following major wins. * Partner with Customer Success to identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. * Provide feedback on competitive trends, customer needs, pricing, and market dynamics to help inform broader company strategy. * Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and reporting while consistently meeting defined sales KPIs and performance expectations.

What you will bring:

This role requires:

* Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience * 4+ years of technology/SaaS sales or equivalent experience * Strong understanding of MEDDPICC, Challenger, BANT, or similar sales methodologies. * Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline. * Strong business acumen and ability to translate market intelligence into sales strategy. * Willingness to travel approximately 10–15 times per year within the assigned region, including local and in-state driving, customer visits, and occasional overnight travel for industry events. * Demonstrated success consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

To be successful in this role you must have:

* High level of business acumen * High level of proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM software * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to quickly build relationships * Organizational and time management skills * Ability to work and thrive in a high activity and competitive environment * Ability to travel and speak at trade shows and events in front of large groups * Grit and tenacity * Confidence and credibility in interactions with senior company leadership * Great interpersonal skills
