Mom & Pops is a well-established quick-service grill and convenience store. A longtime local favorite, the store is known for its made-to-order meals, friendly service, and consistent quality. Mom & Pops upholds a strong commitment to community, reliability, and customer care.
We’re seeking a hands-on Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, drive performance, and lead a team-oriented, customer-first environment. This is a full-time, working manager position.
Duties and Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To:
* Oversee daily operations.
* Create and manage employee schedules
* Hire, train, and evaluate staff.
* Monitor and control food, labor, and operating costs.
* Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
* Manage vendor relationships and inventory, including regular cycle counts.
* Conduct performance reviews and provide development plans.
* Foster a motivated, accountable, and customer-focused environment.
* Perform all other duties assigned.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of upper management experience, preferably in food service, convenience stores, or retail operations.
* ServSafe Manager certification (required).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong understanding of food safety and store operations.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
* Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting.
* Work full-time hours and overtime as needed. * Full availability is required, including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
