About the Role
As an In-Home Design Consultant, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to design customized bathroom remodeling solutions and guide them through the purchasing process. This is a rewarding outside sales opportunity with unlimited earning potential for individuals who thrive in a consultative sales environment.
What You'll Do
* Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified leads * Present our products and services using company-provided sales tools and technology * Design customized bath remodeling solutions that fit each homeowner's needs * Build rapport and establish trust with customers * Provide accurate pricing and financing options * Close sales and achieve individual performance goals * Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development programs
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years of sales experience preferred * Previous in-home sales or home improvement industry experience is highly preferred * Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed * Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively * Comfortable using tablets, mobile technology, and sales software * Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Pittsburgh market and surrounding communities
