AvaMed Workforce is hiring a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an 8-week day-shift contract at Bloomfield Nursing and Rehab in Bloomfield, NM.

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS

* Location: Bloomfield Nursing and Rehab, Bloomfield, NM * Dates: 11/03/2026 - 12/29/2026 (8 weeks) * Shift: Days, 5:00 AM-5:00 PM (12-hour shifts, 30-min meal) * Travel LPN contract * Pay: Contact us for details

REQUIREMENTS

* Active New Mexico or multistate (NLC) LPN license * Skilled nursing / long-term care experience preferred * Current BLS; background check and facility health requirements
