About the role

* Provide business-critical in-house IT support to end-users in our car production centers * Perform onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leavers * Handle hardware and software configurations across multiple platforms * Duly document all incidents and requests and manage a key ticketing system * Work with your colleagues on the development of the Corporate IT infrastructure * Act as the on-site IT contact at our production centers (Ketzin/Hemau), helping local teams stay productive and ensuring reliable day-to-day IT support * Train and guide colleagues on IT systems, tools, and best practices * Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment and infrastructure at our production centers * Identify and implement improvements to IT processes, working with local teams and Corporate IT to support the wider organization
Qualifikationen
* Juniors and mid-level are welcome to apply * Experience with Apple devices and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems. * Familiarity with cloud tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or other SaaS platforms. * Being service oriented and a team player * You are self-reliant and operate with confidence and thrive when working independently. You maintain the overview and high standards even in fast-paced environments. * Proficiency in English and German * German drivers license
