Essential duties and responsibilities: Paint Test Required prior to hire * Prepping and mixing paint * Paint with correct color and thickness to meet quality standards. * Powder coat paint/bake correct color and thickness to meet quality standards. * Problem solving any issues that may arise. * Painting steel racks with electrostatic spray guns. * Provide strict attention to detail and quality to ensure racks are painted with correct color and thickness. * Clean work area and 5S daily. * Other duties as assigned.
