We're looking for an Internal Communications & Engagement Advisor to join Frontier's Studio Communications & Engagement team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

As part of Frontier’s People Team, you'll deliver internal communications, engagement activity and employee events. You’ll work with teams across the studio to create informative and engaging content for a range of channels. You'll use feedback and insight to identify opportunities for improvement and be comfortable working across a variety of digital platforms and business systems.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in internal communications or employee engagement who is looking to take ownership of defined projects and continue developing their skills. We'll also consider candidates from related fields, such as marketing, PR or events, who can demonstrate relevant transferable experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Delivering internal communications and engagement campaigns across a range of topics, including news about our games, wellbeing and benefits initiatives, seasonal activity, employee-led groups and operational updates. Creating, editing and publishing content across Microsoft Teams, the intranet, email, video and digital signage, ensuring information is accurate and easy to access. Using feedback, insight and performance data to help evaluate activity and identify opportunities for improvement. Coordinating employee social events, including communications, logistics and on-the-day delivery, and attending events that take place outside of standard working hours (typically 1-2 evenings per month and 2-3 weekends per year). Working with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop content that meets communication objectives. Using independent judgement to prioritise work, resolve day-to-day issues and escalate risks where appropriate. Maintaining content plans, project trackers, inboxes, calendars and other team resources to support the delivery of communications and events.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a related field such as marketing, PR or events. Experience creating content for different audiences, with the ability to turn information into clear and engaging communications. Strong digital skills and confidence using platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, intranet systems and Microsoft 365, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. Experience coordinating projects, campaigns, events or activities involving multiple stakeholders. Experience supporting employee engagement initiatives, employee-led groups, communities or networks. Experience using feedback, metrics or other sources of insight to evaluate activity and inform future improvements. The ability to build effective working relationships, understand stakeholder requirements and make sound decisions within agreed parameters. A degree or equivalent professional experience in Internal Communications, Journalism, PR, Marketing or a related discipline.

BONUS IF YOU HAVE

Experience using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator or Photoshop. An interest in games or the entertainment industry.

You will work with talented and passionate people to support, develop or publish our sophisticated and enduring games, in a creative, collaborative and inclusive environment. We love what we do, and we work hard to provide outstanding experiences for our players.

Wellbeing is a big focus at Frontier, and we are continually evolving how we can support our people. We encourage a healthy work/life balance and provide a range of wellbeing activities, initiatives and sessions to support both mental and physical health.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, which includes a success-based annual bonus, share option schemes, life assurance, private family healthcare, flexitime working hours, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, in-house subsidised catering, support with relocation, a Cycle to Work scheme, free bike servicing, and social activities and events.
