We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Paramedic to join our team in the vibrant Scottsdale/PV area. As an integral part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge IV therapies that empower our clients to achieve their health goals.
What you'll do: * Assist with consultations with clients to understand their individual needs and recommend personalized IV therapy plans. * Prepare and administer a variety of IV infusions safely and efficiently, following strict protocols. * Monitor patients during IV infusion and address any concerns with professionalism and empathy. * Maintain a clean and sterile work environment, adhering to strict safety standards. * Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless client care and excellent service. * Continue to improve clinic performance, including client retention, membership growth, and revenue goals. * Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in IV therapy and participate in ongoing training.
Who you are: * Paramedic (NRP) with a valid Arizona license. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with IV therapy administration. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for exceeding client expectations. * Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks in a busy environment. * Detail-oriented and meticulous, with a commitment to accuracy and safety. * Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a genuine desire to help clients achieve their wellness goals.
