The Role Involves - Provide attentive, client-first service - Cultivate long-term client relationships - Grow through ongoing mentorship and professional development - Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom - Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up - Support the enrollment process from start to finish with professionalism - Present supplemental benefit options tailored to each individual or family
What You'll Need - Confidence with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam - Able to obtain any necessary professional licensing, where applicable - Customer service or consultative background a plus, not required - Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. - A service-minded, mission-driven attitude
