WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Home Health RN, you'll provide compassionate, individualized care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
You'll:
* Complete patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care * Provide skilled nursing care based on each patient's needs * Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members * Help patients achieve their healthcare goals and remain safely at home * Care for patients with a variety of medical needs * Use your nursing expertise to make a meaningful difference every day
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Current, active Pennsylvania RN License * Home health experience preferred, but not required * Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills * Compassionate and dependable approach to patient care * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
