JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Live-In Home Health Aide, you will help clients maintain their comfort, safety, and independence through personalized care.
Responsibilities include:
* Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
* Supporting mobility and activities of daily living
* Providing medication reminders
* Preparing meals and assisting with feeding as needed
* Performing light housekeeping
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
* Valid New York State HHA Certificate — Required
* Minimum 1 year of Home Health Aide experience
* Authorization to work in the United States
* Physical examination completed within the past year
* PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
* MMR immunization documentation within the past 10 years
* Valid driver's license strongly preferred
* Reliable transportation strongly preferred
* Dependable, professional, and compassionate approach to caregiving
