ABOUT WAKULI
We are building the future of coffee. One that is seriously good for drinkers, farmers and the planet.
How? By working directly with farmer groups around the world. We set up transparent, traceable export lines, freshly roast ourselves and serve the coffee straight to customers. These short supply chains make sure we can always pay farmers a good price, while also investing in fully regenerative coffee production.
You’ll find us in bars across the Netherlands, and online through our own platform. For customers, that means freshly roasted specialty coffee that’s easy to get, and just seriously delicious.

YOUR ROLE:
We’re looking for a get your hands dirty Operations Assistant, who is not afraid to operate machines. You will be part of a talented, multicultural Operations & Customer Service team, so you will help in our distribution center with coffee production and packing. One day a week you will help in our production kitchen making products such as Chai and another day you will be folindg and closing boxes. Be aware that there is a bit of lifting involved. No specific experience is required, besides the wish to learn, work hard, and have fun with the team in our distribution center which is just 15 minutes away from Amsterdam Centraal by public transport.
Responsibilities:
* Help in our distribution center with coffee production by grinding and packing coffee and in our production kitchen making food & drinks.
* Develop best practices and improve the operations processes on daily base.
* Be the team player everyone wants to work with and have fun while doing it :)
Requirements
Requirements:
* High school education
* Basic understanding of either Dutch or English
* Experience with Operations is a plus
* A passion for coffee is a plus
* Driving license is a plus
* Living in the area of Amsterdam, Almere, Zaandam, en Purmerend
