Now Hiring: Part-Time Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM)
Salary Range: $40-$41/Hr Saturday and Sunday only- 16 Hours Guaranteed

What You’ll Do
* Provide skilled, compassionate nursing care in patients’ homes and care facilities.
* Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualized plans of care that honor patient goals and dignity.
* Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers with clarity and empathy.
* Collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless, holistic care.
* Manage medications, treatments, and symptom control with excellence and compassion.
* Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure continuous, dignified care for our patients.

What You Bring
* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required).
* Hospice, palliative, home health, or geriatric nursing experience (preferred).
* Strong clinical judgment paired with a calm, reassuring presence.
* Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a collaborative team.
* Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
* A genuine heart for service and a passion for preserving quality of life.
