Our client is an international IT consulting company with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies. As a Microsoft implementation partner, the company delivers CRM projects based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for well known clients across various industries. It combines deep technical expertise with a strong consulting mindset.
* Take ownership of solution architecture and technical design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations
* Gather and analyse customer requirements
* Conduct fit gap analyses and translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Design and document CRM architectures, including integration and data models
* Provide technical leadership to implementation teams
* Coordinate external partners and stakeholders
* Advise customers at eye level, from strategic planning through to implementation
* Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and architectural standards
* Support pre sales activities and customer presentations
* Mentor and support junior consultants
Your Profile
* At least 5 years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment
* Several years of experience in a solution architecture or senior consulting role
* Strong practical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Sales and Customer Service
* Solid experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse
* Experience designing integration architectures with Azure and third party systems
* Previous consulting or project experience is an advantage
* Very good German skills, minimum C1 level. Good command of English
