What You'll Do :
* Answering calls and responding to customer inquiries * Data entry, job sheet management, and invoicing * Supporting field technicians with daily job allocation * General office admin tasks and filing * Liaising with suppliers and clients as needed * Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team. * Manage client communications, schedule appointments, and coordinate plumbing jobs, on-site services, and travel logistics. * Dispatch and schedule plumbing service calls, coordinate team calendars, handle customer correspondence, and arrange travel logistics. * Oversee daily operational scheduling, manage client inquiries, and coordinate vendor/contractor meetings and travel arrangements.
What You'll Need :
* High level of English. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. * Quick adaptability to learn and navigate internal CRM systems. * Strong written and verbal communication skills paired with exceptional attention to detail. * With previous admin experience (trades or construction industry preferred). * Tech-literate with hands-on experience using office software and dispatch/scheduling platforms.
