FindAJobAI vs LazyApply: applying to more jobs or to the right ones?

LazyApply is an auto-apply tool. Its pitch is volume, with its site talking about up to 1,500 applications a day, and it sells annual plans only, from $99 a year. FindAJobAI takes the opposite approach: it scores new jobs from 15,000+ company career boards 0–100 against your CV so you can apply to fewer, better-matched jobs, tailors your CV for each one, and fills in forms that you review and submit yourself.

Which approach suits you depends on how you weigh reach against fit. Here are the facts, checked on 31 October 2026, so you can decide.

Where LazyApply is stronger

Reach with little effort. If your plan is to apply as widely as possible and you don’t want to review each application, LazyApply is designed for that. FindAJobAI is not.

A low price for a full year. Basic costs $99 a year, which works out at $8.25 a month: less per month than our Standard plan, if you know you’ll keep searching for a year.

A 30-day refund. LazyApply’s pricing page offers a 30-day refund, which lowers the risk of paying for a year up front.

Where FindAJobAI is different

Every application is yours. The FindAJobAI extension fills the form and stops; you read it and press Submit. Equal-opportunity and demographic questions are always left to you.

Fit before volume. Each job is scored 0–100 against your CV, with the reasons and the gaps, so you can skip weak matches. Our guide to how many applications it takes to get an interview explains why the raw number tells you little.

Tailored, truthful CVs. For each job you pick, your CV is tailored without changing its structure or adding anything you can’t back up, and a cover letter is written to match.

Monthly, no long commitment. Standard is $14.99 a month and you can cancel anytime; LazyApply sells annual plans only.

Frequently asked questions

Why doesn’t FindAJobAI auto-apply?

Because every application carries your name. FindAJobAI fills in the form so you skip the typing, but you check each answer and press Submit. That avoids sending wrong answers, duplicate applications or CVs that don’t fit the job. If you want fully automatic applications, tools such as LazyApply offer them.

How much is LazyApply?

LazyApply sells annual plans only: Basic $99, Premium $149 and Ultimate $999 a year, with a 30-day refund (lazyapply.com, checked 31 October 2026). FindAJobAI is monthly: Standard $14.99, Pro $49.00 and Max $99.00.

Can I use LazyApply and FindAJobAI together?
