Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound client conversations to explain insurance coverage options. * Build rapport with prospective customers and guide them through the enrollment process. * Follow up with leads promptly and maintain accurate records in the CRM. * Meet individual sales goals while delivering a professional customer experience. * Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing sales training.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
* Availability to work evenings. * Availability during Eastern Time business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in sales, customer service, or other client-facing communication roles, with a track record of meeting performance targets. * Comfort using CRM systems to track leads and follow-up activity. * Experience in the insurance industry. * Experience handling inbound leads, outbound follow-up, objection handling, and guiding customers through enrollment. * Experience with Zoom-based face-to-face customer interaction.
