* Pay: starting at $20/hour | $21/hour (if you are or when you become EPA certified) * On-call pay: * $150/week (calls or no calls) * Additional $150 per holiday on-call

Maintenance Technician - Make Ready Schedule
* Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week) * Participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule with the team
What You’ll Be Doing
* Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments * Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed * Work with the team to maintain property grounds on a daily basis * Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas * Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
* At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience * No HVAC certification required if you are willing to train and work towards getting certified * EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and hands-on HVAC troubleshooting / repair experience is a plus! * Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work * Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
Physical & Technical Requirements
* Reliable transportation * Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.) * Ability to drive a golf cart * Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round * Ability to climb stairs and ladders * Experience using hand and power tools * Background check required
